The CSC Story goes like this:

 With the core purpose of "Gawing lingkod bayani ang bawat kawani", fueled by the core values of "love of God and country, excellence, and integrity", the CSC shall realize its vision of being "Asia's leading Center of Excellence for strategic human resource and organization development by 2030" by cultivating partnerships, generating funds for the operations and administration of the CSC, and enhancing our workforce. When the partnerships, finances, and competent workforce are in place, we can provide excellent HR processes and perform fair and efficient quasi-judicial functions. With these underpinnings, we shall realize our vision of becoming a center of excellence in strategic human resource and organization development.
