Implementation of the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007 (Republic Act No. 9485)

The Anti-Red Tape Act or ARTA is a law that seeks to reduce bureaucratic red tape and to curb corruption brought about by inefficient and unclear frontline service procedures. The CSC implements the ARTA through the following programs:
