            Please be informed of the following schools to be used as testing venues for the August 31, 2014 General Ability Test (GAT)/Ethics-Oriented Personality Test (EOPT) for the Bureau of Customs (BOC) and EOPT for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR):

*Examinees of the Bureau of Customs (Non-Supervisory) may view their assigned school on August 30, 2014 through the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph.

 

Examinees are advised to observe procedures, as follows:

  1. Visit and have an ocular inspection of the school venue at least one day before the examination day to be familiar with the school location;
  1. Be at the school venue on or before 7 a.m. on examination day for the verification of room assignment; and
  1. Bring the following items on examination day:

 

 For Examinees of the GAT/EOPT-Bureau of Customs:

        a. Valid I.D. (not expired): current Company/Office ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s ID, GSIS ID, SSS ID, BIR ID, Postal ID, Police Clearance,        Barangay ID, PhilHealth ID, or current School ID (must be validated for the current school year)

      Note: “NO I.D., NO EXAM”

        b. Black ballpen/s

        c. Lead pencil/s no. 1 or 2

        d. Eraser/sharpener

 

For Examinees of the EOPT-DENR

  1. Valid I.D. (not expired): current Company/Office ID, Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s ID, GSIS ID, SSS ID, BIR ID, Postal ID, Police Clearance, Barangay ID, PhilHealth ID, or current School ID (must be validated for the current school year)

          Note: “NO I.D., NO EXAM”

       2.Black ballpen/s
