Good eve. What should be the right composition of an agency's Disciplinary Committee that would handle formal charges? Does the head of HR SHOULD be the chair of the disciplinary committee? should the same committee serve as CODI? or do they have to be different? Thank you po

Action Officer replied the topic: Disciplinary Committee
For SH Cases, the CODI shall be composed of the ff:

1) CODI in work related environment must be composed of the ff members from the:
- management
- Accredited Union if any
- 2nd Level employees; and
- 1st Level employees

2) CODI in an educational or training institution must be composed of the ff members from the
- Admistration
- Teaching Staff
- Non-teaching Staff
- Student or trainees
