Good Day Sir,

Ako po isang governmemt employee na natransfer s ibang agency last oct. 2020 ngaun po ai naiisuehan ako ng transfer order ng previous agency ko dec 2020 while under training p ako s new agency ko. Nangyari ai my overpayment po ako na receive s previous agency ko kasi nputol ang salary ko including bunoses ko feb 2021 n kasi ngka covid dw incharge.

Ngaun pinasauli sa amin ng previous agency ko lahat ng natanggap ko from oct 2020 to feb 2021 pra ma issihan ako ng cert. Of last payment/no payment po. So sinauli ko na po at binayaran ngaung taon lng po feb 2022. Ngaun po ay gusto ko sana ma claim ung bunos and cash gift at mga incentives due for that period po from my new agency. Pwede ko pa ba ma claim un po? May prescriptive period b na di na pwede ma claim ung bunoses ko kasi sinauli ko ung mga overpayments po. May specific guidelines po ba pra malaman po. Maraming salamat po.

Please be informed that the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) is the government agency in-charge of issuing guidelines pertaining to the grant of bonuses such as the grant of the Mid-year bonus for FY 2017 and years thereafter; cash gift; CNA Incentives; grant of the Performance-Based Bonus (PBB); and grant of Services Recognition bonus, among others.

To be clarified on the matter, it is suggested to directly coordinate with the DBM through their website at www.dbm.gov.ph .
