Napromote po ako last Feb 2021, nabakante po ang HT 1 position sa school namin. During the open ranking po, 1 lang po IPCRF ko ang kinonsider ng ranking committee kasi daw po nagamit ko na daw po Ang 2 IPCRF ko nung nagpa Reclass po ako. Ang tanong ko po, hindi na po ba talaga maaaring gamitin Ang precious IPCRF na nagamit ko na. I hope you enlighten me on this.. Thanks in advance po.

Please be informed that we do not render advice that may be subject of an appeal or petition for review before the Commission.

Nevertheless, may we invite your attention to the following pertinent provisions of the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (2017 ORA OHRA), as amended:

“Sec. 6. Required Documents to be Retained in the Agency. The following documents shall be required from the appointee in support of his/her appointment but shall be retained in the agency and filed in the employee’s 201 File:

“e. Performance Rating. For appointment by promotion or transfer, the Performance Rating of the appointee in the last rating period prior to the date of assessment or screening, which should be at least Very Satisfactory, shall be required.

“The performance rating of at least Very Satisfactory (VS) in the last rating period shall not be required for promotion from first to second level entry positions.

“The performance rating prior to the reclassification of the position shall be considered as performance rating in the reclassified position for purposed of promotion.

“Sec. 95. An employee should have obtained at least Very Satisfactory performance rating in the last rating period prior to the assessment or screening for promotion or transfer.

“The performance rating of at least Very Satisfactory (VS) in the last rating period shall not be required for promotion from first to second level entry positions.

“The performance rating prior to the reclassification of the position shall be considered as performance rating in the reclassified position for purposed of promotion.”
