sir :

if your are on official travel outside your station, leaving your residence at 2:00 am and goes home 10:00pm because of distance. what would be the entry in the daily time record? will it still be 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00?

thank you

In case a public official or employee is on official travel, he/she does not have to indicate a time record in the daily time record for the day/s covered. He/she need only to indicate that he/she is on official business/travel on covered day/s with attachment of the office order or authority to travel.

How about if the employee opted to log in via biometrics (first day of travel) pero late? Will it be considered as tardiness or will it be waived as s/he is on official travel naman?
