Good day!

May I know, If there is a CSC circular/memo/policy about job descriptions in the government?
Is it allowed, that the Designated Property Officer/Custodian serves as the Cashier/Disbursing officer at the same time?

Hi,

Positions in the government have corresponding Position Description Form (PDF), which are lodged with your Personnel Office. Meanwhile, as regards your query on whether a designated Property Officer/Custodian can serve as the Cashier/Disbursing officer at the same time, the answer would depend on the appointing authority who may designate an employee to perform two or more functions if there are not enough employees to meet the demands/services of the office.
Please be guided accordingly.
