Hello. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung may CSC Regulation ba about sa salary cut offs. Required po ba na every 15th and 30th lng ang payroll or pwede ibang dates? Slamat po.

Magandang araw!

Patungkol sa inyong katanungan, wala pong issuance ang Civil Service Commission dito.

Pwede ho nating tignan ang Government Accounting and Auditing Manual, kung saan:

SECTION 261. Guidelines in the preparation of payroll. — Payment of salaries of government officials
and employees for services rendered should be made not oftener than once a week (EO 312, Aug. 6,
1958).

Other government offices may make Payment of salaries and allowances to government officials and
employees twice a month, first on the 15th and the second on the last day of the month. The following
guidelines shall be observed in the preparation of General Payroll:

a. For each month, the payroll shall be prepared in two (2) sets — one (1) for the first half and one
(1) for the second half.

b. The payroll for the first half of the month shall reflect the basic monthly salary, all allowances
and itemized monthly deductions.

Maaari din ho kayong magtanong sa Commission on Audit para sa paglilinaw.
