Good day Maam/Sir,

i would like to ask if it is just proper to use the undertime slip when incurred a one-half day of absence? Since Form 6 is applicable when at least one day of leave of absence. As i understood, one half day of absent is not consider as undertime. With this, i just want to clarify because per information from the hr department, we will use undertime slip in case of one half absent.

Thank you
