I applied for Sg18, I am SG15. All other applicants are SG13. I was not chosen but i used to be from that department. The one chosen was alao not from that department.
How serious is CSC on this issue? This is not the first time in our agency that Quantum Leap was violated.
Can i file a complaint? Do i have a chance to win this?
