Mam/Sir,

Inquire ko lang po regarding Step increment. Di po ba every 3 years po siya? Pero automatic po ba na ibibigay po sa empleyado yung step increment given na qualified siya sa rating and sa length of service? Or may iba pang factors to consider? Like Budget or anything?

Sana po maliwanagan po ako sa issue na ito dahil sa case ko po ay 8 years na po ako na Step 1 sa current SG ko. Sa LGU nga po pala ako.

Thanks po in advance.

With regards to grant of one (1) step increment due to meritorious performance, can this be implemented due to the following inconsistencies:

1. the rating period for the SPMS now is one (1) year instead of six (6) months.
2. With the implementation of the PBB and grant of the Productivity Enhancement Incentive re old PIB.

Thank you.

above quoted provision pertains to length of service.

Query is about meritorious performance:

1. Old provision was 2 rating period. A rating period is 6 months. The Strategic Performance Management System rating period is already 1 year.
2. Can this be given when there is already PBB and PEI.

Thanks
