Question Honor Graduate Eligibility

My inquiry pertains to the Honor Graduate Eligibility (HGE) granted by PD 907.

I graduated Cum Laude in 2010. However I never applied for my HGE since then. In 2017, I took the CSC professional exam but I did not pass. I am wondering whether or not I can still file for my HGE? Am I already disqualified?

Also, I read PD 907. I could not find any section which provides whether the HGE is revocable or not.

Hi Ms. Joy,

My name is Mark Madulid and I've been with DTI HRAS since Dec '14. My personal take on your concern is that your HGE is still valid even though you did not pass the CSC Pro Eligibility Exam. You just have to process your HGE in your nearest CSC Regional Office and need to comply certain requirements. Better call your nearest CSC RO and ask your concerns and the documentary requirements that you need to comply with.
