Hi Nicco,

The following are the qualification requirements for taking the civil service examinations:
Filipino citizen;
At least 18 years old during filing of the application;
Of good moral character;
Has not been convicted by final judgment of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude, or disgraceful or immoral conduct, dishonesty, examination irregularity, drunkenness, or addiction to drugs;
Has not been discharged from military service or dismissed for cause from any civilian position in the government; and
Has not taken the same level of Career Service Examination, either through PPT or CSC COMEX within three months before the examination date.

For more information on civil service examinations, you may contact the CSC Regional and/or Field Office having jurisdiction over your LGU.

It is hoped that we have guided you on the matter.

Thank you for the swift response. But I think my question was not answered? My question was " is it true that anybody could take the Civil Service Exams regardless of their educational attainment?" The answer that you have provided are the requirements for the exam but it is not stated there if you could take the exams regardless of your educational background. Do we need to have a certain number of units or being a high school graduate be enough for someone to take the examinations? Hoping to hear from you soon. God Bless and Keep Safe always.
