Question IPCR

Jr. created the topic: IPCR
Submission of IPCR for previous targets is January to June of the year, and submitted together is the Target for the month of July to December of the same year. Apparently, the employee was rotated to another section effective June 1. May we know who should sign her IPCR? should it be her former section head where she was assigned from January to May, considering that she was transferred only after 5 months? thank you in advance for your response.

Action Officer replied the topic: IPCR
The IPCR accomplishment shall be signed by the supervisor/head of the office where the employee rendered a longer period of service within the rating period. In the case you cited, the IPCR shall be signed by the office head where the employee served for 5 months.

For all other SPMS concerns, you may refer to the SPMS guidelines per CSC MC No. 6, s. 2012. This may be accessed thru the CSC Website.
