Hi there, just want to ask the case of disapproved appointment in SHS because the reason is that the license is elementary level, though the applicant has its masters degree specializing in physical science. Ano po kaya ang legal matters na pwedeng gawain. Kasi the case is that, based sa DepEd Order No.3 s. 2016, it was stated there na open din sa elementary ang application, thank you very much po ang God bless, more power

Please be informed that as a matter of policy, the Commission does not render opinions or rulings on issues that may be the subject of a complaint or appeal before it. This is so especially when there are material facts necessary to the judicious adjudication of the issues which are not fully represented or substantiated as in this case.

File the necessary appeal before the CSC Regional Office having jurisdiction over your agency.

Section 78 of the Revised Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service states that appointments invalidated or disapproved by the CSCFO may be appealed to the CSCRO while those invalidated or disapproved by the CSCRO may be appealed to the Commission within the fifteen day reglementary period.
