It was answered in my previous topic on dual citizenship that Residency Training is not included.

Hindi ba po na kapag nag Residency Training sa isang government hospital, you can still be given an item/appointment but it will be temporary, it will be renewable until the physicians finished their residency training. Theres this employee of ours who applied as a physician for a residency training in our hospital. She was given a temporary Medical Officer III position but was not approved by the Main office of Civil Service because as per our HRM Office the physican should renounce her other citizenship to be hired as an employee of our hospital. But the thing is, she was given an appointment/item, so that she can support her Residency Training. Can I ask for a written letter that tells us, that the physician can apply or can have an item/appointment without renouncing her other citizenship, for Residency Training in our hospital.

We are urging for help to support this physician. Hoping for your kindest consideration.
