Good morning. I just want to ask if the HR is obliged to follow up the appointments being processed or should he/she wait for the CSC to call?

If you are referring to an appointment that has been submitted to the CSC FO for its attestation, the agency Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO) may follow-up with the CSC FO if the appointment has already been attested. Nevertheless, even without any follow-up, the CSC FO will surely act on the appointment and return the same to the HRMO with action, whether 'Approved' or 'Disapproved', as the case may be. In some instances, the CSC FO may require additional documents. We hope we have answered your query. Thanks.
