Greetings!
Ask ko lang po paano ang sistema ng change of status ng employment sa LGU? Like how from job order to casual, and casual to permanent procedure po. Guided din po ba ng CSC guidelines and rules ang proseso na ito?
At pasok din po ba sa grievance cases kung dahil sa pagnanais na maliwanagan sa usaping ito ay namemersonal ang immediate supervisor ko?

Good Evening.

For you to be considered for appointment from job order to casual and from casual to permanent; you will have to submit your application to a vacant position in the LGU concerned. The 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (2017 ORAOHRA) (Revised July 2018) and the Merit Selection Plan (MSP) of the agency will apply to the application until appointment.
A copy of the 2017 ORAOHRA is found in the CSC Website - ISSUANCES - PUBLISHED 2018 RESOLUTIONS.

Yes, you can either file a grievance with the grievance machinery or a complaint with the disciplining authority – Mayor if a local government unit.
