Question Hired to higher post without 1 year of holding the present position

Good day po. Sorry po sa abala. Nabigyan po ako ng Assignment Order for Teacher 1 position sa NCR at kasalukuyan pong nag-aayos ng mga requirements. Currently employed po ko as ADAS II (permanent plantilla) sa public school sa Bulacan for 5 months na po. Tanong ko lang po kung hindi po ba ako magkakaroon ng problema sa csc appointment ko po sa inyo as Teacher 1? and ano po yung mga requirements na need ko pa po i-submit sa deped-NCR considering my case po? Need ko rin po ba mag-resign sa present job ko or transfer lang po?

and applicable po ba sa kin tong mga provision ng CSC ORAOHRA (2019 EDITION):

- SEC. 11. B, (SECOND PARAGRAPH):
"AN EMPLOYEE WHO IS PROMOTED TO ANOTHER AGENCY SHALL NOTIFY THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OR AGENCY IN WRITING WHERE HE/SHE IS EMPLOYED AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO HIS/HER ASSUMPTION TO THE POSITION"

- SEC. 95. AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD HAVE OBTAINED AT LEAST VERY SATISFACTORY (VS) PERFORMANCE RATING IN THE LAST RATING PERIOD PRIOR TO THE ASSESSMENT OR SCREENING FOR PROMOTION OR TRANSFER. (January to September, 2021 po naganap ang ranking. Ang performance rating period ko po ay from May 2021 to July 2021. Pasok pa rin po ba rito ipcrf ko?)

THE PERFORMANCE RATING OF AT LEAST VERY SATISFACTORY (VS) IN THE LAST RATING PERIOD SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR PROMOTION FROM FIRST TO SECOND LEVEL ENTRY POSITION (applicable po ba sa kin to since from ADAS II ako tas na-hired as Teacher 1?)
