Hello CSC!

Good day!

Marami po kaming mga kasamahan sa trabaho na mga LET passers, they hold permanent appointments to positions that not in practice of their profession. Example: LET passer who holds the Manegerial Position for General Services Division. Another is a LET passer who holds the Managerial Position in the Customer Service Division. Is this allowed?

Thank you.

Up same question here

Please correct if I am mistaken

RA 1080
a. Board/ Bar passer is equivalent to First Level Eligibility
b. Board/ Bar passer with 2 years profession experience is equivalent to Second Level Eligibility

But there is applicants for AO I that got hired even if they are fresh grad with PRC license with no experience related to their profession.

How about if their PRC licensed just got expired?

Do they allowed to be in service even if they do not renew their licensed? For we all know that we only require those files for promotion purpose only.

And the reason for them not renewing their licensed is because of the required CPD units needed to proceed in renewing.

May you enlighten us about these ruling?
