Question SALN 2019

Declarant was his wife assigned in another station but same agency.. So the husband who was our employee was the co declarant.. the husband failed to furnish our station a copy of their saln 2019. It was discovered this year during the filing of saln 2020 na. Still the husband, did not gave a copy of their jointly filed saln sa aming station . is it okay not to furnish a copy of their saln sa amin since Yung wife Naman Yung declarant?

Will our station be liable? What penalty will we face?
