My appointment was disapproved by the csc fo. I filed my appeal at csc ro within 15 days. But I did not continue my service after. Not expecting I was hired by another agency. My question is, will I cancel my appeal at the csc ro? Will it affect my new appointment by another agency? Or will ignore my appeal at csc ro.Thank you.

An appointment may be disapproved/invalidated only on the grounds set forth in Section 107, Rule XI, 2017 ORAOHRA (Revised 2018). A pending appeal from disapproval of an appointment or a decision rendered thereafter is not among the grounds provided therein, thus, an appointment issued during the pendency of an appeal from a previously disapproved appointment may not be subjected to disapproval/invalidation provided that the appointee meets the qualification standards for the position.

It is advised, however, that the appellant manifest to the office having jurisdiction over his/her appeal to manifest to that office of the status of his/her appointment for the speedy resolution of his/her appeal.
