Good day! This is to seek your opinion/advice regarding this matter.

The scenario is this:
Ang appointment po ay nadisapproved due to wrong qualification standard na ginamit ng HR sa pagpublish. Given the provision in Section 108 of the 2017 OHRA-ORA, that the services of the appointee shall be terminated after 15 days from receipt of the decision disapproving the appointment..

Can the HR publish the same position immediately upon receipt of disapproved appointment? so that habang nakaupo pa po ung appointee within 15days ay tumatakbo na po ang publication and if ever na sya po ay mareappoint in the same position ay hindi na mahaba ang gap; or

The position can only be posted when the appointee reverted back to his old position?
