Please be informed that we do not render advice that may be subject of an appeal or petition for review before the Commission.

Be that as it may, please refer to Section 59, Chapter VIII, Book V of Executive Order (E.O.) No. 292 (Administrative Code of 1987) which provides for the prohibition on nepotic appointments in the government service.
