gd pm ma'am can I ask clarification on early retirement, was there any policy on optional retirement if ever an employee is recommended by the Health Board to retire but then the personnel do not want to retire. Said personnel has been having problem with his vision (deteriorating as per report by the board). In such case, are we not violating Human Rights or PWD law.

On Paternity Leave, according to CSC ruling said leave may be availed four times only, what if the first 2 deliveries of her wife he is not yet connected with the government, can this be counted as PL?
