Question Teaching Load

Mick Mars created the topic: Teaching Load
I would like to be clarified of this provision:

The six (6) hours of actual classroom teaching shall cover the full teaching load of a teacher as indicated in the class program. As described in DepED Memorandum No. 291, s. 2008, teaching loads including advisorships and/or special assignments for the entire school year combined shall be considered as one teaching load;

Does it mean that Advisorship or 1 designation is equivalent to 1 subject deloading? For example a faculty is handling two coordinatorships/designations, does it mean 2 subjects must also be deloaded? Thank you very much. It is really very hard to perform the duties of designations without corresponding deloading for every designation/assignment. Thanks a lot.
