Sir/madam;

Magandang araw po Sa inyo dyan . NAIA ko po sanang magtanong kasi po ako po ay basta na lamang tinanggal ng aming chief administrative office, ang dahilan po ay AWOL kaya po ako ay tinanggal.

Nung ako po ay pumasok na Sa trabaho galing po Sa paglisan gawa ng pagkakasakit ako po ay agad ng nag file ng leave ngunit sinabihan ako ng chief admin secretary na hawakan ko dw po yung aking leave application hanggang pinatawag ako Sa admin at drop for the rolls na saw po ako. Wala na po akong nagawa dahil sa nuon po Hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko nanatili nalang po akong manatili sa bahay at tinanggal ang desisyon ng aming admin. Hanggang lumipas po ang panahon until until Kong napag alamaan ang mga bagay at karapatan nilang isang government employee pero dahil sa mga panahong lumipas mukhang wala na din pagkakataong ipaglaban sana ang maling ginawa ng opisina sa akin. Sa ngayon po ay nabalitaan ko po na wala na po yung nagtanggal sa akong dahil po nakasuhan at napatunayabg guilty ng ombudsman. Sinabihan po kasi ako na Hindi na DW ako makakabalik hanggat nanduon po sya balak kp sanang bumalik wala na po kasi sya duon. Dear Edward,


Please be informed that as a matter of policy, this Commission does not render opinion/ruling on issues that may eventually be a subject of a complaint or appeal before it.

Nevertheless, Section 110, Rule 20 (Dropping from the Rolls) of the 2017 Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (2017 RACCS) provides, as follows:

“Section 110. Dropping from the Rolls; Non-Disciplinary in Nature. This mode of separation from the service for unauthorized absences or unsatisfactory or poor performance or physical or mental disorder is non-disciplinary in nature and shall not result in the forfeiture of any benefit on the part of the official or employee or in disqualification from reemployment in the government.”
