In line with Resolution No. 135-A, s. 2021 dated 26 August 2021 of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID), extending the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) classification in the National Capital Region along with 15 other areas in the country from 1-7 September 2021, the CSC Central Office, CSC National Capital Region, CSC Regional Office IV Headquarters, and all other CSC Offices in areas under ECQ and MECQ shall continue to observe the work-from-home (WFH) arrangement until 7 September 2021.
In this regard, CSC clients are advised to use online services on said dates in transacting with the abovementioned offices.
Clients requesting for the services of the CSC Integrated Records Management Office (IRMO) and Office for Legal Affairs (OLA) are advised to continue transacting business online through the Online Registration, Appointment and Scheduling System (ORAS) at https://services.csc.gov.ph.

[UPDATED] In line with the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) which was approved by the President on placing the National Capital Region (NCR) and the province of Laguna under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) from 21-31 August 2021, and the province of Bataan from 23-31 August 2021, CSC Central Office, CSC National Capital Region, Regional Office IV Headquarters, and Field Offices in Laguna and Bataan, shall continue to observe the work-from-home (WFH) arrangement until 31 August 2021.
In this regard, CSC clients are advised to continuously use online services on said dates.

In line with President Rodrigo Roa Duterte pronouncement of placing the National Capital Region under the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) due to the threat posed by the Covid-19 variant from 6 to 20 August 2021, and the City and Province of Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro City, and Gingoog City (Misamis Oriental) until 7 August 2021, offices in the CSC Central Office, CSC National Capital Region, CSC Regional Office IV Headquarter, CSC Regional Office VI, CSC Regional Office X, and CSC Field Office in Misamis Oriental shall observe the work from home arrangement (WFH) on the said period.
In this regard, CSC clients are advised to use online services on said dates.

The CSC Central Office (CO) will be closed from 2 to 5 August 2021 due to rising confirmed cases of COVID-19. As part of precautionary measures, the CSC Central Office shall undertake disinfection measures and conduct contact tracing. The closure is also intended to allow officials and employees to observe the required period of self-isolation.

In line with the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) which was approved by the President extending the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) of the National Capital Region (NCR) and its surrounding provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal (also known as NCR Plus) from 1-14 May 2021, and the City of Santiago, Quirino and Abra from 1-31 May 2021, CSC Central Office, CSC National Capital Region, Regional Office IV Headquarters and Field Offices in Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal shall continue to observe the work from home arrangement (WFH) until 14 May 2021. CSC Field Offices in Quirino and Abra shall also continue to adopt the WFH until 31 May 2021.
In this regard, CSC clients are advised to continuously use online services on said dates.
