Good Day Mam/Sir,

Is it fair/impartial to the employee, if the concerned did not informed of the reasons why he/she was transferred from one department to another in the same agency?

Because I had been transferred to Municipal Assessor’s Office from Municipal Budget Office(80% as BAC Secretariat & 20% other office related work as declared of my regular appointment as Admin. Officer II) without any Transfer Letter(with reason) from HRMO or Municipal Mayor, only a verbal communication from HRMO.
I’m Starting in Budget Office on July 2016 & was transferred to Assessor’s Office on June 2017 after a technical disqualification of our Mayor(won last may 2016 election) & replaced/take over by next in vote Mayoral Candidate on May 15, 2017.
This coming December 18, 2017 I will be transfer to Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office from Assessor’s Office in verbal communication only. I think I will be transfer because I Enrolled the BS Real Estate Management Course in Particular University as 3rd courser but my work in LGU did not affected by my schooling because my class is only Saturday.

Maybe I will Face this Case/Circumtances?:
1. Abandonment of my Position, & that the reason why I am terminated from the service?

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Hope for your Answer & Impartial Reponse.

Sir:

With regard to your query on reassignment, kindly look at Section 13 (a), Rule IV, Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (2017 ORAOHRA) (CSC Resolution No. 1701009 promulgated on June 16, 2017 and which took effect on August 17, 2017. That provision explains the rules on Reassignment.

You can search said Resolution at our website www.csc.gov.ph . Search for Issuances, then Resolutions.

We hope we have been of service to you.
