Question COC/ Overtime Pay

2 years 8 months ago #8969 by Angie
Angie created the topic: COC/ Overtime Pay
As per MC No. 18, s. 2020
f. Employees under work-from-home are not entitled to Compensatory Overtime Credit/Overtime Pay.

Some of our staff claims that this only applies on a regular day and not during holidays/ weekends. We would like to seek guidance if staff under WFH arrangement can file for overtime if there are meetings/task they have to finish or attend to during holidays/weekend.

thank you.
