Good afternoon!
I just want to ask regarding our case.
I am a registered nurse and I was hired as Job order nurse for 5 years and recently I was hired for the position of Nursing attendant.
Then, CSC-COA-DBM Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2018 was approved and our JO nurses will be given the same benefit as Nurse I.
At this time I feel demoralize that our JO nurses was given the privilege to be payed as nurse 1.
I want to ask if they will be hired automatically as nurse 1 before the year 2020 ends?
Thank you very much.

No. They must apply, together with the other applicants (including you if you wish to apply) and meet the qualification standards (Education, Experience, Training, and Eligibility) of the vacant Nurse I positions. Prior to filling-up, the vacant positions must be published.
