Would like to ask, I am a candidate for graduation for a 4 year bachelors degree, im just rushing to finish my last subject, timeline is about end of february.

Suddenly, item publication was posted for AO position that requires 4 years grad, im currently AA2 for 5 years, and aiming to be promoted but not this early. But my supervisor is pushing me.

Is there any excemption or possibility, that I will just past a certificate that i am a candidate for graduation from my school? As a requirement for promotion for AO item? True and authenticated documents will follow after finishing the last subject.

In applying for promotion, the applicant should have met the minimum requirement of the position at the time of the assessment. Absence of such requirement disqualifies the applicant
